Resources used: VetTechPrep, Mosby's Comprehensive Review book, and VSPN VTNE prep class (although I mostly just used the study guides, I didn't get much out of the weekly presentations). I read this the other day and bookmarked it until after I had passed my exam so that I could reliably tell you some study tools. Take the time to remember the most used conversions. also Pinterest and YouTube are great for cheat sheets and dumbing things down to understand better. If you need any help shoot me a message I'd be happy to help you figure out a way to utilize that book. Make that book your main study tool and then use a vtne prep or vspn review class for guidance to stay organized and on track. I kid you not the first time I took the exam my first question was almost word for word out of one of those quizzes from the website for that book. Just use that calendar as a guide to follow the review book. Or if your doing the vtne prep I think they have a calendar that focuses on certain topics each week. On the weekends I'd review all the topics I had completed. I did that class and then whatever topics we did that week those were the topics I'd do in the review book. Have you heard of vspn? They offer a review class that's online. We had four girls at our clinic in the process of taking their vtne none of us passed until we dedicated the time to that book! (One girl was taking it for her fifth time) We all studied our butts off but Everytime we stopped fiddling around and used all our study time to that book we all passed. The good thing is you can keep all of the material after the class is over! Anyway after practically beating the prendergast book into my head over and over again I passed my VTNE the 2nd time with a 558 I started going into labor 6hours after my exam. The class was filled with great review guides but you have to be committed to use them. All I did to study that time around was I signed up for a vtne review class through vspn, every week the class did a few topics so that's the topic I focused on with the book. The second time I took the test I was 37 weeks pregnant so no Adderall and pregnancy brain on top of it. I was studying multiple books while on Adderall (prescribed). The first time I took the vtne I got a 400. With exam mode and study modes and then some other quizzes that the makers of the book did themselves. Was this the prendergast book? If it was then you need to register the book on the elsiver website and it will unlock a great study tool for that book. You mentioned you used the questions and answers for VTNE.
